Dunn Pleads Guilty

The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that forty-two-year-old Samuel Dunn of Kirksville is pleading guilty to one felony count of failure to register as a sex offender before United States District Judge Henry Autrey.

This charge carries a maximum penalty of ten years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000. Sentencing has been set for August twenty-second.

The case was investigated by the United States Marshal’s Service.
