A Sullivan County man facing a felony sex charge is due back in court next week, after entering a not guilty plea to the charges. Newtown resident Wesley Tuley is charged with sexual misconduct involving a child. He waived preliminary hearing and made the not guilty plea in court yesterday; he’s due back before a judge April 18th. Court documents indicate he is accused of exposing himself to a child under the age of 15. Tuley is jailed on a $25,000 cash only bond.
