Wal-Mart Shooting Suspect Still Jailed

Follow-up on that shooting Sunday night at the Kirksville Wal-Mart. A man still locked up — charged with felony assault. According to court records, 22 year old Brandon Sizemore tried to claim self defense in the middle of the night shooting. But Sizemore still charged with felony assault after Anthony clark was wounded. Clark expected to recover. Apparently, the two started having words at a nearby gas station. Sizemore told cops he fired one warning shot after he was threatened with harm by Clark, so he aimed a second shot right at him. Police haven’t said given Clark’s version of events. They did recover two shell casings from the wal-mart parking lot.
