Crashes Hurt Three

Two wrecks in northeast Missouri yesterday sent people to the hospital. Ths first happened about 7:30am on Highway 63 north of Moberly when a patrol trooper rear-ended another vehicle which had slowed for an animal in the road. The trooper, Tyler O’Brien and the other driver, Bradley Fredel, were both taken to Columbia with moderate injuries.

Just before noon, a single car accident on Highway 61 at Palmyra injured a Hannibal man. An online report indicates 58-year od Richard Gillum suffered a medical condition while drving, which caused him to go off the road and into a guard rail. He was taken by ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hosptial.
