An investigation continues into a crash that involved a patrol car. Last week a Highway Patrol Trooper from Macon and a Moberly driver both suffered moderate injuries when the trooper’s patrol vehicle rear-ended the car in front of him. It happened on Highway 63, just north of Moberly. The car in front of the trooper’s patrol car, reportedly slowed down because of a dog in the road. The trooper, 26 year old Tyler O’Brien, and the other driver, 55 year old Bradley Freidel, were both treated for moderate injuries at University Hospital in Columbia.
