Former Dispatcher Arrested in Horse Theft Case

A former dispatcher and reserve deputy has been arrested in a horse theft case…

Arielle Sager, of Lancaster, who used to work for the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, is facing charges of second-degree theft and carrying a weapon. On Monday, the 32-year-old Sager, was arrested with two 18-year-olds from Ottumwa – Trevor Pilcher, and John Johnston. The three allegedly took two horses from the Pioneer Ridge Nature Center south of Ottumwa. Sager plead not guilty during her court appearance Wapello County court this week.
