Visitation Today for Bowen Sisters

A visitation for the Bowen sisters will be held this afternoon. Investigators say Alexander Hewgley, 17, shot and killed Kelsey Bowen, 16, and Jessica Bowen, 22, in Randolph County last Saturday. The shooting has been ruled a double homocide and suicide. Evidence indicates Hewgley turned a hangun on himself after shooting his estranged girlfriend, Kelsey, and older sister Jessica. According to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department, a 911 call was received at about 6:30 Saturday morning from one of the shooting victims. When deputies arrived, they discovered one victim dead, and the other two in critical condition. The other victim and Hewgley were taken to area hospitals where they both later died.

The visitation for the Bowen sisters is today from 4 to 7pm in the Moberly High School Auditorium. Their funeral will be tomorrow morning at 10am also in the auditorium.
