Suspect in Moberly Bank Robbery Sentenced

The third suspect in a Moberly bank robbery has been sentenced. 22 year old Jeremy Burnett, of Columbia, will serve 10 years in federal prison. The robbery happened at Bank Midwest in Moberly in August 2014. The two other suspects were sentenced last year: Daniel Mark Rudroff was sentenced to 78 months and Clarence Lamont Williams is serving 92 months. This isn’t the first time Burnett has been sentenced to prison for burglary. In October 2012, he confessed to robbing three Columbia businesses. A judge sentenced him to ten years in prison for those robberies. About a year later, he was released on probation.
