Pedestrian Injured in Milan Crash

A pedestrian was injured in an accident in Milan Friday morning. According to Highway Patrol, the incident happened when a vehicle driven by 70-year-old James Exline, was backing out of an alley onto a street, and struck a pedestrian, then continued backing up and struck a parked Milan police vehicle. The pedestrian, 46-year-old Tammy Wilkins, received moderate injuries, and was taken by ambulance to Sullivan County Hospital.
