Troop B To Host Blood Drive In Memory of Corporal Michael E. Webster

Captain James E. Wilt, commanding officer of Troop B, Macon, invites the public to participate in the “Red Cross, Troop B Michael E. Webster Blood Drive” tomorrow. The blood drive will be held at the Troop B Headquarters located at 308 Pine Crest Drive, Macon. The drive be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. On October 2, 1993, Corporal Michael E. Webster was killed in the line of duty by a drunk driver while standing next to a vehicle he had stopped for a traffic violation. Since his untimely death, blood drives like this one have honored his service to the community. The Webster family, Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the American Red Cross want to encourage everyone to support the Corporal Michael E. Webster blood drive. Walk-ins are welcome and encouraged.
