Missouri AG Office Shuts Down Sulllivan County Dog Breeder

A Sullivan County dog breeder has been shut down. Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed suit and obtained a temporary restraining order against Little Bit Ranch, a dog breeder in Unionville, for violations of the Animal Care Facilities Act and for operating without a license. The lawsuit was filed after eight USDA inspections, from August 2019 to this April, found dogs suffering from inadequate or no veterinary care, crammed conditions and food that contained mold and even maggots. The USDA cited roughly 50 violations against owners Danny and Angela Noland. The couple has also been operating without a license since Jan. 31st. A little more than 50 dogs were being bred and raised by the Nolands, according to the lawsuit.
