A St. Louis woman pleaded guilty to ordering fake COVID vaccination cards from China; nearly a thousand of them.
It is not clear if 23 year old Morgan Webb was planning to sell the vax cards. She pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor. Her sentencing is in three months, and it is expected that attorneys will recommend that she get probation.
