The Adair County Prosecutor’s Office is using computer technology to figth crime. Prosecutor Matt Wilson has a new software program that allows all cases to be managed electronically. Data on each suspect that’s taken into custody will be entered into the computer program. The software stores all of the information associated with that individual—everything from arrest records to court documents. Wilson says this will help Adair County coordinate with other law enforcement agencies, because the system sends all of the county’s information to the highway patrol. The software is being paid for by the Missouri Office of Prosecutorial servicss.
