Another round of snow is possible tomorrow, according to National Weather Service forecasters. But it should just be an inconvenience, with new snow totals of an inch or two. Doug Tilly, a meteorologist at the National Weather Service in suburban St. Louis, says a bigger concern is the cold air coming in late Sunday. Most places won’t get out of single digits for highs on Monday. Hannibal and Kirksville probably won’t reach above zero, Tilly said, with lows Monday night or Tuesday morning perhaps dipping to minus-10 degrees.
