True Set for Arraignement Next Friday

A Kirksville man charged with arson and other crimes will be before a judge a week from today. Court records indicate Brandon True, who was arrested following a chase this summer and is charged with setting fire to a duplex, is scheduled for arraignment next Friday. The delay from the summer to the fall is because a new judge has been selected to hear the case. True is also charged with two counts of first-degree property damage, tampering with evidence, and other crimes. The chase happened some time after the fire; True crashed his Corvette into a light pole along Baltimore Street, which ended the pursuit.
