Gun Threat Made at Clark County School

Police were called to Clark County R-1 High School in Kahoka around noon yesterday a student reported that another student had threatened to bring a gun to school. The Superintendent says that the actual threat was made on Friday, but was not reported to school administration until yesterday. The student told the High School Principal about the threat. He did some follow up with other students and called police. The student who made the threat was removed from school grounds by police officers. No weapon was found. According to the Superintendent, the student will not be allowed on school property or any school events until the investigation is complete. He asks parents to talk to their kids and says if they hear something, report it immediately.
