A person on an ATV was injured in a crash in Putnam County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s crash report, the ATV, was traveling on on Highway 139, about three miles southeast of Powersville yesterday morning. The ATV, driven by 67-year-old Dale Davis, stopped in the roadway, and was struck in the rear by a transit van. Davis suffered moderate injuries and was transported by Putnam County Ambulance to a hospital.
