On Friday, the Adair County Health Department reported three more cases of covid 19 among young people. A 16-year-old female, a 4-year-old boy, and a 9-year-old boy with the virus. So the county has 33 active cases at the moment.
More than 116,000 doses of the Pfizer vaccine for youngsters ages 5-11 have been distributed across the state and plans are being made to get more doses.
