Missouri is one of 11 states suing to stop the President’s order that requires many American businesses to force the vaccine on workers. Employees who refuse have to get tested weekly.
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt says the federal government should not be forcing private employers to require their employees to get vaccinated or foot the cost of weekly testing.
A federal appeals court on Saturday temporarily stopped the order from going into effect saying it appears to have constitutional problems.
