Ring-in the new year with snow and ice.
With snow expected Friday night, the city of Kirksville plans on announcing a Snow Emergency, if the predictions of winter weather pan-out. Once the Snow Emergency is declared, all vehicles parked on designated Snow Routes, including City streets in the Downtown, must be moved within two hours. If vehicles are not moved, they will be ticketed or towed.
