Another 43 cases of COVID-19 were confirmed on Wednesday by the Adair County Health Department. That comes after 55 cases on Tuesday — meaning 98 cases confirmed in just two days. The youngest reported on Wednesday — a couple of one-year-olds.
Four cases are in the K-12 schools and 12 of the Wednesday cases — or 28% — had been vaccinated. A vax clinic for kids is being held Thursday afternoon at the health department.
In Macon county in the past week, covid cases also jumped. 111 new cases reported, compared to 35 the previous week
