In St. Louis, a man let out of jail because he had covid, has now been arrested again. 36-year-old Mac Payne was released from the downtown jail last week because of an order regarding covid and the jail issued by the mayor.
Police were upset because they believed Payne to be dangerous.
So, he was arrested again Friday. But a judge allowed him to post a 2,000 bond and get out again. He has pleaded not guilty to the domestic assault charges.
