A Kirksville police detective recognized for five years of service. Nathan Goodwin has served in a number of roles from a patrol officer to detective. And he’s been a member of the SWAT Team. Before working for the city he was with Truman State police.
Meantime…a Kirksville Firefighter has retired. Assistant Chief David Rigdon. He spent just over 29 years working for the city.
