A heart attack behind the wheel.
It happened Saturday morning about 7:20 on Missouri 27 near Wayland. The patrol says 62 year old Robert Kase crossed a median into the opposite lane — hittting a tree — then turning over. Troopers say Kase suffered a heart attack and that was the cause of the wreck, he died at the scene.
