A thank-you for serving Kirksville. Lt David Grissom has been recognized for 25 years of service with the Police Department. During his time with KPD, he has served as a patrol officer, a corporal, a sergeant, a negotiator, and a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children unit. Prior to serving with the Kirksville Police Lieutenant Grissom served as a police officer with the Milan Police Department. Lieutenant Grissom is a graduate of Northeast Missouri State University — now known as Truman State University.
