A Moberly man refused to come out of a home when officers arrived with a warrant.
59 year old Stephen Thorp had a parole violation, but held offices are bay 22 hours. They sent a drone into the house and Thorp shot at it. Finally, some irritating chemicals were fired into the house on Randolph road, and Thorp came out.
