A new trial date set for a Moberly woman accused of murder. 30-year-old Angelica Benitez was supposed to go on trial Tuesday. But now it has been moved to August. She’s charged with killing 25 year old Marqukis Hayes in 2020, shooting him in the face, as they drove through a McDonalds. His body was later found miles away in a truck.
