Time for Halloween. The State Patrol reminding moms and dads to keep a close eye on little trick-or-treaters.
Remind children to approach only familiar houses that are well-lighted. Be sure to tell them to never enter a stranger’s house or vehicle.
Also, consider trick-or-treating with your children for their safety. And, have the kids wear a light-colored costume so drivers can see them, or add reflective tape to dark costumes makes them visible.
