In Ralls county, a 51 year old woman facing a long stretch in federal prison. Stephanie Carper admits she stole more than a million dollars while working as a secretary for a family owned agriculture business. Carper pleaded guilty in Federal court. Prosecutors say that Carper spent the money on vehicles and vacations. She will be sentenced in January. She could get 30 years.
