State Atty General Andrew Bailey is warning CVS and Walgreens not to sell abortion pills by mail — otherwise they could face legal actions.
Bailey’s one of 20 State Attorneys General signing the letter. He says that selling pills violates federal law and abortion laws in many states. Missouri began abortion restrictions last summer after the Supreme Court ruling overturning Roe v. Wade
