The Missouri patrol arrested 39-year-old Jake Miller of Kirksville on Saturday night. He’s accused of driving drunk.
The patrol says he was also charged with being an habitual intoxicated driver; plus driving while his license was revoked. In addition, he was accused of resisting arrest
