Governor Mike Parson has signed into law – a ban on phone use while driving, which covers holding a phone, making calls, and reading messages. The law takes effect in 2025. Until then, violators will be given a warning. You’ll still be allowed to hold your phone for navigation, emergency calls, listening to podcasts or music.
