MoDot says the project to resurface ramps at the intersections of U.S. Route 71 with Route T and U.S. Route 59 in Andrew County that was scheduled to begin yesterday, Monday, Oct. 30, has been postponed again due to cold temperatures. Crews now plan to begin the project this Thursday, Nov. 2. Each ramp will be closed intermittently during daylight hours for paving. Motorists should seek an alternate route. The project includes resurfacing the northbound on/off ramps at U.S. Route 71 and Route T and the north and southbound U.S. Route 71 and U.S. Route 59 on/off ramps. All work is weather permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
