A fatal wreck in Schuyler County yesterday. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 19-year-old Galen Zimmerman of Memphis, Missouri, was driving a Chevy 3500 northound on Route N, three miles northwest of Downing, when he crossed the center of the roadway and hit a Ford E350 van head-on. The driver of the van, 63-year-old Ronald Craver of Bloomfield, Iowa, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt. Zimmerman suffered serious injuries and was taken to University of Missouri Hospital.
