The Macon County Sheriff’s Office says a missing Macon-area man who had been missing was found alive. He was found lying in a wooded area about a half mile west of his home. The Sheriff’s Office had issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for the 72-year-old man on Monday evening. Authorities said he is deaf and suffers from dementia.
