The City of Kirksville invites you to attend the State of the City Address, to be held Monday, February 26, 2024, at 5:30 pm, at the Rieger Armory and Community Center, located at 500 S. Elson St., in Kirksville. The State of the City Address will be delivered by Kirksville Mayor Zac Burden.
