Recently the MCSO and the Macon Police Department have been investigating cases of Financial Exploitation and Deceptive Business Practices involving a tree trimming company that came through our area within the last couple of weeks. The M.O. of this group is to contact our citizens, especially the elderly and get them to agree on a price for services. When services are completed the victims are presented with a bill that is excessively larger, often 3-4 times the agreed amount.If you or anyone you know has had contact with this crew recently please call 660-385-2062 or message us on Facebook.
