Weather permitting, April 9-10, Monroe County Route A in Holliday is scheduled to close temporarily for work on the Norfolk and Southern Railroad crossing. The road will be closed between 4,500 and 4,750 feet north of U.S. Route 24 beginning at 7:00 a.m. on April 9 and will reopen at 6:00 p.m. on April 10. Motorists will need to use alternate routes during this work.
