The United Way of Northeast Missouri needs Apple Pies for their Annual Apple Pie and Pie Auction which will be held July 5 th between 4 p.m. ands 6 p.m. on the south side of the Adair County Courthouse. Apple Pies will be judged between 4 pm. and 5 p.m. with the top three winners receiving ribbons and Chamber of Commerce Kirk$ville Ca$h. Entries in the Pie contest are asked to bring two Apple Pies (one for judging and the other for auction). Pies must be submitted in non-returnable containers. Donated pies for the pie auction must be delivered to the west entrance of the Adair County Courthouse between 4 p.m. and 5 pm. on Friday July 5 th . Any kind of pie, except cream pies will be auctioned.
