TWO MEN INJURED IN CRASH

Two men were injured in a two-vehicle crash that occurred at 9:48 a.m. on December 3, 2024, on Highway 63 at Hungry Hollow Road, four miles north of Kirksville, Missouri, according to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash involved a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek and a 2018 Peterbilt garbage truck. The Subaru Crosstrek, driven by a 26-year-old man from St. Peters, Missouri, sustained total damage and was towed from the scene by Kirksville Autoworks. The driver was wearing a seat belt and suffered moderate injuries. He was transported by Adair County Ambulance to Northeast Regional Medical Center.

The Peterbilt garbage truck, driven by a 47-year-old man from Moberly, Missouri, sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene. The driver, who was also wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries and was transported by Adair County Ambulance to Northeast Regional Medical Center.
