The CIty of Kirksville says a public hearing for the proposed 2026 budget will be held this coming Monday, December 1, 2025, during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting beginning at 6:00 pm. This budget is preliminary and is not considered a finalized document until the City Council has given final approval at its December 15, 2025, meeting. Any revisions made as a result of or after the first public reading will be incorporated into the 2026 budget presented at the December 15 meeting.
