Linda Sue Decker died on March 21st at Boone County Hospital in Columbia. She devoted her time to the community, including serving 32 years as the Circuit Clerk of Adair County. She had a role in the Adair County Assessor’s Office as well. She was known as a proud and diligent public servant.
Friends and family will have the chance to pay their respects during a visitation set for Thursday March 26th from 5 until 7 p.m. at the Playle-Rimer-Millard Family Funeral Chapel in Kirksville. A funeral service is set for Friday March 27th at 11 a.m. in the same location.
Linda had three children, Ryan Decker, Brett Decker, and Lindsay Elshlager, along with eight grandchildren, Brooklyn, Adyson, Alayna, Jacob, Elizabeth, and Alexander Decker, and Beau and Nash Elschlager. She was a loving sister to Brad Selby and Diane Bloskovich. She also had six nieces and nephews: Nathan Selby, Brittany Steinwald, Brooke Peterson, Bransen Bloskovich, Brennen Bloskovich, and Shawna King.
