Stealing from Walmart in Kirksville.
20 year old Nathaniel Evans is accused of stealing more than $700 in merchandise from Walmart. Police got a description of the car he left in and recognized it from a prior encounter. Evans was arrested at a home on West Elizabeth where police recovered the stolen items. Evans a criminal background with prior theft and shoplifting charges.
