The Feds are suing the state of Missouri over a gun law.
The state passed a law that says local cops cannot enforce federal gun laws. But the Justice Department says Missouri can’t just declare federal laws invalid. The Feds also say the new law is keeping police and the FBI from working together on violent crime in the state.
