The Kirksville Arts Association says The Hands of Friendship Quilt Guild exhibit opens next Tuesday, September 5th and will run through October 21st. The exhibit features quilts by twenty one area quilters and showcases over sixty quilts in the Ellebracht and Gaber Galleries at the Sue Ross Arts Center. The Sue Ross Arts Center is located at 215 S. Franklin in Kirksville. The gallery is open Monday through Friday 11 am to 4 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm. We are closed on all major holidays. A reception will be held Thursday, September 28th from 5:30 to 7 pm and is open to the public. There is no cost to visit the exhibit and children are always welcome.
