A doctor from Moberly pleads guilty to cheating Medicare and Medicaid for more than a half million dollars. Justin LaMonda had his medical license suspended several years ago — but he billed Medicare for services by using his father’s Medicare account. His father is also a physcian. LaMonda could face up to five years in prison, and a hefty fine.
