The Kirksville R-3 school district is offering summer meals for no charge. The program starts today and goes through June 30th. Meals are served at Kirksville Primary, Ray Miller Elementary, and William Mathew Middle School. Lunches are served Monday through Friday 11 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
