Trying to navigate Missouri’s new freedom to smoke weed. A bill has been introduced that says if you have pot in a car, it has to be in an odor-proof and child-proof contanier. It’s an effort to prevent driving and smoking pot which is against the law — but — if a cop smells weed during a traffic stop. he can’t use that as an excuse to arrest the driver.
The bill was disccused last week in a committee.
