Goveror Parson appoints four new juges. One of them in Putnam county. Anthony Horvath, of Linn, will be the Associate Circuit Judge for Putnam County in the 3rd Judicial Circuit.
Horvath is currently the Deputy Judge Advocate General for the Missouri National Guard. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Truman State University and his law degree rom Saint Louis University School of Law. Horvath will replace Judge Samuel D. Frank who passed away.
